Paragon Partners sends automated SMS appointment reminder messages to existing patients regarding upcoming pharmacy appointments. Messages may include appointment date/time and rescheduling instructions.
Patients are enrolled only after providing explicit verbal consent to Paragon Partners pharmacy staff during intake or a subsequent in-person visit. Staff records that consent in the patient profile, including consent date/time, and confirms the phone number is a mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies by appointment schedule. Patients may receive up to 2 messages per appointment (for example, one 3 days before and one 1 day before), depending on preferences and scheduling.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS reminders unless you re-enroll through the same consent process with pharmacy staff.
